It will be my second anniversary on the 31/12/2005 as a Blunty fan, when i first saw James on TV, singing High and You're Beautiful. My love for his music grows stronger every day and i can see myself still enjoying his music in 10 years time.

I'll still be a Blunty fan in ten years time. Whether he'll still be making music for us or be off having a nice life somewhere having walked away from the 'circus' I'm not sure!

I think so. Most music I enjoyed 10 years ago, I still enjoy today whether or not the artists are still releasing music. I'm sure I'll enjoy JB's music 10 years from now. I think his music appeals to many age groups and has a classic sound to it.

I've learned not to predict my future. I will be a fan in that I will always treasure my memories of being here on the boards, the concerts I've gone to, the many boardies and friends I've made but most of all James, the band and the music music which has tied all this together.

I'm somewhat like Trixie on this one.

I don't know what my musical enjoyment looks like 10 years from now and now knowing what path James will be taking with his music, it's hard to say if I will still be a fan, but I will ALWAYS look back at these times with fond memories and as a time where his music touched me the way it does.

Tonight is my second anniversary, as a blunty fan. It all started when i watched the jools holland hootenanny, new year eve show. And i saw this gorgeous man with a beautiful voice, singing High and You're Beautiful. I spent the next 2 months viewing the boards before i plucked up the courage to join and now you can't keep me off.
I shall raise a glass of non alcoholic bucks fizz to celebrate my second anniversary and the new year.

I dont think anyone ever stops being a fan of the music, they just find something they like more for a while. for example, i can quite happily put on a S Club 7 CD and enjoy it because it makes me smile, and yet i am more into James Blunt at the moment. i think one day we shall all come back to his music, as we like it - that wont changte, we might sjut move onto something different! does that make any sense?

speaking of which, i think it would be amazing if, in say 20 years, we all logged back on here and had a bit of a boardie reunited fest thing, lol. it would be so intetresting to see how our lives might have changed! :-)

Well tonight you can still enjoy Jools Holland and his New Years Hootenanny on BBC2 at 11.05. The only difference is the line up with Paul McCartney (now theres a legend), Kylie Minogue, Madness (another legend) and Kaiser Chiefs etc. Sorry James is not included, so perhaps he is busy somewhere else or Jools has forgotten him already.
