still nada- and by the time I will be able to see him, it will probably be almost as impossible to get an affordable ticket to see James Blunt as it is to see the Stones, U2, Led Zeppelin or any of the other major headliners...

12 now...but it's about the whole experience. I explain it to my husband and friends with this analogy...it's like Southern Football. You don't go for just the game. You go to be with great friends, tailgate (that means food, drinks, hanging out before or after the game or both with fans out of the back of your "truck" ..hence, taiilgate), go to the game, watch everything on the field including the antics off the field, then after the game you go back and recap each and every play....reliving the glory of the game.

So...these JB gig - are like enjoying Southern Football with friends from all over the world who gather to enjoy one thing....JB's music!

I can't wait for the next 12!

Only 1. and it's killing me. I miss him. I had 3rd row last Oct. in Columbia, MD. It was great to be so close to him. Can't wait till the U.S. tour. This is where I fell in love....

As much is it's about James and the lovely entourage he entails, it's about the people I've met along the way. Without them, a lot of the gigs I have attended would not have happened. As I write from my surprise (even to myself) trip to San Francisco, I realize, the people that you spend the most time with, are the ones you're queing with at 6am, where it's in a bumhole, or in a place where we can't sit for aesthetics.

For that matter, I've been to ten, including a Carson Daly performance after Vegas last year... I'm sitting here ready for my 11th tomorrow, and my 12th on Tuesday, and my 13th on Friday... I've forgotton how much I love the experience.

i've only seen him once, at blenheim palace last year. there were good and bad points to the gig. the good is pretty obvious to all here and the bad similarly obvious .... thereafter none of the recorded material measured up! it simply keeps me going now until the next time i can get to a live gig! blenheim was also special cos i was pregnant, but didn't yet know! :-)

I'm glad I've seen him 3 times so far. First time in January '06 in Böblingen/Stuttgart and in July '06 in Weil am Rhein and Munich. The concert in January was my first concert ever and I think chosing James for that was the best idea I've ever had. Well, the only "disadvantage" is that I'm hopelessly addicted now, but I think I can handle that... I'm really looking forward to seeing him on tour next year again.

Harewood was my one and only, and it was great fun!

met some lovely people from manchester, though didnt get round to meeting up with any boardies, was too busy running around trying to find my sister (she disappeared to find her friend, was was there as well - we didnt see her for a while, it was really quite funny! untill we realised that trying to find a 10 year old in a crowd of 20,000 people wasnt as easy as we thought it might be! lol) - maybe next time though! :-)

Saw James tour with Katie Melua at Glasgow Royal Concert Hall and fell in love with his music then... and frantically searched the internet for a James "Bland" as I thought his name was - and I had to call the Royal Concert Hall the next day to find out his name (I got it wrong, sorry James lol) ... never looked back - love his music completely......

Been lucky to have met James after his concert in Edinburgh April 2005 - chatted to him and he signed by ticket, he was nice and friendly...

Then saw him at Glasgow Barrowlands, Glasgow SSEC (he gave me his guitar plectrum both times!) and Stirling Castle and now going to see him at Edinburgh in January next year - hurrah!

He has came a long way and so he should - fab musician x

Take Care everyone - Karoline x

Some of you spend more time with James than you do at home, he should charge you rent.
