I saw this kind of thread elsewhere and thought it was fun and could maybe give us some new ideas. I'm making chicken Parmesan with spaghetti and salad. I think we have some leftover cheesecake in the fridge for dessert.

Anybody else care to share? A little domesticity isn't such a bad thing is it?

I cooked smoked haddock , baked in lemon and thyme. Then Bacon on top.
Quiche , jacket potatoes, coleslaw and lots of water cress.
He said it was 'right tasty'. Bit like his good self I thought!!

Beef stew and fershly baked buttery yeast rolls. I made vampire cupcakes for the kidlets for dessert since Halloween is this week. The cupcakes are red velvet filled with strawberry jam so they "bleed" when the kids bite into them and then I decorated them with vampire faces.
